Spamming abilities from base: sell and rebuy Tear of the Goddess to refill your mana
For builds that spam abilities from base, like Teemo with endless or Ashe chaining , buy right at the start. Late in the game, sell and buy it back over and over: every rebuy adds mana, so your mana bar fills up again quickly.
