ArchmageCasting a spell refunds another random spell's cost by 30% of the original spell's Cooldown.

Stand on the old stone platform and spam Enchanted Crystal ArrowR and HawkshotE nonstop. All the enemy can do is dodge, helplessly.

Pair Archmage with cooldown reduction augments: casting HawkshotE refreshes the cooldown of Enchanted Crystal ArrowR, and vice versa.

Don't cast your other abilities: Archmage might refresh one of those instead.

Valid since patch 26.19
