Strengths

Map-wide area abilities over and over: the enemy has nowhere to hide.

How to play

This build needs a lot: the Purist - Caster + Archmage combo is a must. You also need plenty of Ability Haste so Powder KegE and Cannon BarrageR refresh each other as well as possible.

How to counter

The build needs a lot to come together; without it, AP Gangplank is very weak because he relies so much on Cannon BarrageR

Valid since patch 26.19
