Karthus Tooth Fairy

Very strong late game, especially against squishy teams.

Early on, focus Lay WasteQ on single targets to stack Tooth Fairy.

Once your items come online, every RequiemR can bring in a big batch of Tooth Fairy stacks.

Once Tooth Fairy hits the threshold, Axiom Arc refreshes RequiemR instantly on every takedown, so you can cast it up to 5 times in a row.

Countered when the enemy team is too tanky and you can't stack Tooth Fairy
